Churchill Dami Ayerume is Procurement and Logistics Consultant.
He worked with Vese Products International Limited, a Cosmetics Company, initially as a Quality Control Office (Production line). He was later made the Assistant Production Manager.
He worked with an Italian Pharmaceutical Company as a Medical Representative, covering the whole of the defunct Eastern and Mid-West Regions, Ondo, Ekiti and Kogi States.
Churchill has had advanced training in Pharmaceutical detailing in Nigeria, Morocco and Italy.
He became the Managing Director of Lencil Nigeria Limited, a Procurement and Logistics Company. He was the Sole Buyer to Cakasa Nigeria Co Limited and Vibroflotation and Geotechnical Nigeria Limited.
He has travelled far and wide the globe in trying to bring in foreign investors. Churchill succeeded in wooing Nanoagricole, a Ukrainian based Fertilizer Company that deals with Concentrated chelate micro-fertilizer with bio-stimulant complex.
He is a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultant FIMC ) Nigeria. He is also a Chartered Management Consultant (ChMC), USA and Canada as well as a Fellow Chartered Institute of Management Consultant (FCIMC) USA and Canada. He holds a B.Sc (Hons) in Microbiology from the University of Lagos, Akoka, Lagos.
His core competences are in leadership and people development, team effectiveness and logistics.
He sits on the board of Lencil Nigeria Limited, Florecer Global Services Limited, and E-Discovery.
Churchill Dami Ayerume is a member of The Foursquare Gospel Church in Nigeria. He held various positions in the Church. He was appointed, National President of the Council of Foursquare Men (2009 – 2017) which made him a member of the National Executive Council of the Church. He got elected to the Board of Directors (The highest policy making body of the church) and served from 2013 – 2019. He was appointed Chairman of the International Conference for Ministers and Leaders with the theme: Morality and Integrity in Ministry in 2023.
He started his professional career after his NYSC in 1987/1988 with FCDA Engineering Services Department, with Biobaku Consulting Engineers in 1988 as a Trainee Engineer. He joined Techjob Associates as a Senior Engineer and rose to the status of an Associate Partner between 1992 – 1996. Between 1988 and 1996, as a Consulting Civil/Structural Engineer, he was involved in the design and supervision of the Construction of Low, Medium and High-Rise Building Projects, Civil/Structural Engineering Survey, Rehabilitation of Fire-Damaged Structures and Structural Refurbishment of Structures.
In 1997, he was employed as a management staff of Cakasa (Nigeria) Company Ltd, an EPC company. He was primarily employed for the establishment of Civil/Structural Engineering Department in the company and developthe Civil/Structural Engineering capability of the company. The activities of the Civil/Structural Engineering Department cuts across all aspect of Civil Engineering works. Specifically, the department was involved in Turnkey Design and Construction of Petroleum Product Depots, Flow Stations(Off-shore), Industrial/Office Buildings, Equipment/Machinery Foundations, Pavements and Infrastructural Works.
He was seconded from Cakasa (Nigeria) Company Ltd to start-up and steer Vibroflotation& Geotechnical Nigeria Ltd (VGNL) a Specialist Foundation Company from inception in Year 2002. As the founding Executive Director of VGNL, he successfully managed the company from its inception in 2002 until he retired as the Managing Director/CEO in December 2024. While in VGNL, he was actively involved in the execution of Geotechnical/Foundation Designs, Consultancy and Construction as well as execution of other Interface functions of the company, particularly as the Company extended its core competences areas to include Shoreline Protection, Marine Works and other Infrastructures.
Engr. Dr. SegunIkugbonmire, holds a Doctorate Degree and has attended various courses both locally and internationally. He also holds corporate membership and fellowship of both local and international Engineering Bodies: Nigeria Society of Engineers(MNSE), Nigeria Institute of Civil Engineers(FNICE), Nigeria Institute of Structural Engineers (FNIStruct.E), Deep Foundation Institute(DFI) and Geo-Institute(G-I) of the America Society of Civil Engineers of the United States of America. He is registered with the Council of the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN).
